Brief Description of Project:

Baron Brewery is a residence, brewery and bar located on the corner of Duke and Pelham Street in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. The development of the side hall form is investigated by pushing in and pulling out different elements along a grid pattern, keeping public and private areas separate while maintaining a cohesive whole. Baron Brewery showcases Nova Scotia’s proud passion for brewing, highlighting the copper-plated stainless-steel equipment with a double height glass feature that can be seen from all directions.
